The children in Reception have been learning about the Hindu festival of Diwali. We have been reading the story of Rama and Sita and enjoyed finding out about the reason some Hindus place divas around their homes. We were very lucky on Tuesday as we had a very special visitor! Ms Lavingia (Roaan's mum) came in and spoke to us about how her family have celebrated Diwali. A big thank you from all the children in Reception to our special visitor.
