As part of Year 1's Geography topic this half term, Maple Class went on a local area walk. When they were walking down to Radlett High Street they saw a church, lots of shops and some of the children even went past their houses! They also learnt that Watling Street was built by The Romans many, many years ago. The local area walk ended at a very exciting spot - Pizza Express! The children had the opportunity to make their own pizza by pushing the dough to make a crust, spreading the sauce and cheese and finally sprinkling some oregano on top. It was a fantastic morning!
